Flexilift Australia has a fleet of service vehicles with experienced and highly qualified technicians to support FlexiLift & TaiLift forklifts. All service vehicles are equipped with most commonly used spare parts. Should the technician not have the required part on board, the part is dispatched immediately by courier.
Flexilift Australia provides 24 hour emergency breakdown service 7 days a week nationally to ensure customer downtime is minimal.

Flexilift Dealer Network
Flexilift Australia has successfully established a network of dealers to sell products and maintain its fleet of equipment in each state.
In locations away from the regional centres, we utilise local service providers where possible. After having established their suitability to our requirements, some training and familiarisation in our equipment may follow. It means that we can support and maintain our forklift products wherever we sell it. We currently supply forklift equipment into locations such as Emerald, Mt Isa, Tweed Heads, utilising local facilities for service requirements.
After Sales Forklift Training
Flexilift Australia provides full training on the operation of new forklifts and forklift accessories. This will ensure that your operators are educated on the safe operation of your new forklift. Once you have purchased from Flexilift’s range of Narrow Aisle or Artison forklift range, our sales personnel offer forklift operator training to ensure you receive maximum efficiency and safety.
Our friendly office personnel are always on hand to take your call and transfer your enquiry to the right department during normal office hours. After hour calls are transferred to our call centre and forwarded on to our after hours standby personnel.
The service operations department takes care of all your bookings for services and repairs.
By discussing the problems you are experiencing with your forklift equipment, we relay the information to the designated service technician to assist them to rectify the problem in the quickest possible time.
With a fleet of fully equipped forklift service vans, Flexilift Australia’s qualified and factory trained field technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service and repair your forklift equipment in the minimum time possible. They will issue a comprehensive report with each call logged.
In the instance that industrial equipment is required to repair your forklift, the unit will be returned to Flexilift’s modern and fully equipped workshop for the repairs to be carried out.
